by purchasing any artwork from me you have stated that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFTs or fed into AIpayment is non-refundableFull refunds will only be given if:
I am unable to complete your commission for any reason that does not fall under the responsibility of the commissioner.By paying an invoice sent to you, you acknowledge and accept that the transaction pertains to a digital product or service, precluding the provision of a physical item. By completing the payment, you explicitly waive any intention of initiating a chargeback and affirm your ownership or authorised use of the payment account associated with the provided email.Moreover, you assert that you hold legitimate ownership of the specified account and its funds, or possess explicit permission to utilise it in its entirety. Any endeavour to initiate a chargeback will be construed as acting in bad faith by the purchaser, resulting in the automatic forfeiture of character rights and any artwork produced.In the event of a refund, if the digital product is utilised thereafter, you acknowledge the potential for legal repercussions. The seller retains the unrestricted right to resell the character design or repurpose the created art in the event of a chargeback.
